Ticket Policies (FAQ)
All season ticket, group ticket and single game ticket sales and/or payments are final and no refunds will be made. Season ticket accounts can be transferred to another individual or company. In the event you are moving, we can transfer to another party at no cost.
Season Ticket Reprint Policy
The account holder will be entitled to a reprint of their season tickets if lost or stolen. Please call our Ticket Department at 509-242-7462 with your reprint request.
Game Day Reprint
If you do not have your season tickets on game-day or have misplaced them, you, the account holder, may ask to speak with one of our Ticket Department representatives at the Will-Call windows and request a reprint of that night’s event only. Account holder MUST be physically present in order to reprint at the Spokane Arena on game night.
Please keep us informed of all account corrections such as address changes, contact person changes for organizations, phone numbers, and new email addresses. Submit new information in writing to our Ticket Office located at 3212 N Eden Rd Suite B, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, or by phone at 509-242-7462.
Away Game Tickets
Our Ticket Department does not have away game tickets to make available to the public - all tickets are facilitated through the home team ticket office. Fans wishing to attend road games should get in contact with the home team’s venue or front office. Team contact information can be found on goifl.com or by visiting the team’s website.
Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on the adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.
There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout the main concourse (first level) of Spokane Arena. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. Game Exchange Program
If you are a season ticket holder, you have exclusive rights to our 'Game Exchange' Program. If you are unable to attend an upcoming regular season game, please call our Ticket Department at 509-242-7462 at least three (3) days prior to the game you'd like to release your seats. Then, you'll receive a credit towards tickets to any remaining regular season home game in that same season (excludes playoffs).
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Season tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced free of charge. You may call our Ticket Office at 509-242-7462 prior to the game date and arrange to pick up the tickets at will call on the day of the game, or the ticket holder of record can visit our front office located at 3212 N Eden Rd Suite B, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, prior to the day of the game. Please note, our office hours on game days are limited typically from 9AM-12PM. Those attempting to use stolen or fraudulent tickets will be removed from the game and referred to the Spokane Police.
Payment for Tickets
Payment for season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Bank items returned for any reason are subjected to a $20 service fee.
Season Ticket holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat locations for playoff games hosted by our franchise at Spokane Arena.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Spokane indoor football team. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Spokane IFL franchise, Spokane Arena, and the Indoor Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating Spokane Arena Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.
Seat Improvements & Additional Seat Requests
If you are interested in adding seats, moving to a new location, or upgrading at the end of the season, please contact our Ticket Office at 509-242-7462. Upgrades for the following season begin in mid-June for the following season.
GAME DAY & SPOKANE ARENA POLICIES
Cameras & Camcorders
PERSONAL USE ONLY. Images obtained may not be used for any non-personal or commercial purpose without the written consent of the Spokane indoor football team. Photographic support tools that interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (including tripods, professional lenses - larger than six inches, etc.) are not permitted in Spokane Arena during games.
ALLOWED: Small camcorders and cameras with professional lenses SMALLER than six inches in length.
NOT ALLOWED: Personal cameras with professional lenses LARGER than six inches and camera tripods.
Cowbells and vuvuzelas will be allowed in Spokane Arena. Artificial noise-makers (such as compressed or diaphragm air horns, whistles, drums, cymbals, etc.) however will NOT be allowed in Spokane Arena. The Spokane indoor football team’s staff and staff of Spokane Arena also reserve the right to remove a noisemaker of any kind if it is interfering with another fan's enjoyment of the game.
